These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Study Timetable mobile application and this website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Appinventories ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Eligibility and account
To use certain features (such as syncing across devices or sharing schedules), you may need to create an account or sign in using a supported authentication provider (email/password, Apple, or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:
Subscriptions, purchases, and payments
Some features of the Service may be offered as paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Any payments are managed through RevenueCat and processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, and their terms and conditions apply. We do not store your full payment card details. All charges, billing cycles, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to the policies of the relevant app store.
Schedules, tasks, and shared content
The Service allows you to create schedules, subjects, periods, tasks, and related data, including optional attachments and score tracking. You may also share your schedules with others using share codes or QR codes. When you share, you can choose which parts of your schedule to include (for example, subjects, periods, and tasks) and whether the share is linked for synchronization. Anyone with a valid share code or link may be able to view or import the shared data, and for linked schedules receive updates when you make changes. Shared access may also be limited by expiration or deactivation settings you choose.
You are responsible for any content you create or share and for ensuring that you have the right to share it with others.
Notifications
The Service may send you push notifications and local reminders about upcoming tasks or schedule events. You can control notification preferences in your device settings or within the app. By enabling notifications, you consent to receiving such messages as part of the Service.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please read it carefully.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by Appinventories or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appinventories and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a harmful or unlawful way. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
